Associate - Jocelyn Payne has been running illuminated Arts Consulting for the past 4 years.  She is an experienced arts administrator with a wide range of practical and theoretical experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Master of Art Administration, and has been working in the arts sector for the last nine years. Her key skills lie in financial management and organisational systems, particularly for small organisations.
