Joanne Kee is a Director of Ceres Solutions. Her background includes not for profit and corporate as well as organizations ranging in size from small to large.  She has worked in the arts sector for over 14 years in both the UK and Australia.

Joanne is particularly skilled at initiating and implementing projects, such as Sound Travellers, a national touring program for new music.  She also has an excellent record of improving business operations and efficiencies in sectors ranging from finance and travel to the arts.  Joanne has been able to successfully turn around small/medium sized organisations from deficit to surplus positions as well as growing audience numbers and brand awareness.

Additionally Joanne produces and is Artistic Director for various music series including places + spaces performance program, a pilot music creative development residency on Cockatoo Island called Cockatoo Calling, a childrens series and other performing arts events.  She has assisted in bringing artistic projects and partnerships to fruition such as Tubular Bells for Two, the Tenbrae Series with The Song Company and Force Majeure, supported fledgling projects such as Citizens of Earth with Sandy Evans, Ben Walsh, Bobby Singh, Steve Elphick and Sarungan Sringrither.  Currently she is working on a project of music by Peter Sculthorpe, reinterpreted by musicians Phil Slater, Matt McMahon and Simon Barker.

Joanne graduated from the University of London in Arts management and training and has a graduate certificate in Management - University of Western Sydney.
